KSC to Grant 226 Degrees Next Month Dr. William H. Marsh, recently appointed chairman of the speech and theater department at Kutztown State College, will be commencement speaker at ceremonies at 2 p.m. Jan. 8 in the college's Keystone Hall field house.

It is the college's practice to ask department chairmen, on a rotating basis, to speak at the winter and summer commencement programs. Dr. Marsh will speak on "Getting the Message." A total of 190 students are candidates for bachelor's degrees, while 36 graduate students are scheduled to receive master of education degrees: Dr. Lawrence M. Stratton, college president, will confer degrees.

Candidates will be presented by Dr. Dodson E. Dreisbach, vice president for academic affairs. The invocation will be led by the Rev. Charles M.
