Why can't I log into Voya? ›

Access Problems

Be sure you are using the new User ID that was created during sign up / registration. Make sure your Password is being entered correctly. It is important to note that your Password is case-sensitive. After three unsuccessful attempts to log into the service, you will receive a Log In Error Page.

1-800-584-6001 You can access your account by phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week. When calling for the first time, you'll need to verify your identity, then follow the prompts to have a code sent to you by the most convenient method you have on file with Voya (text, email, or U.S. Mail).

If you are age 59½ or older, you may withdraw* from your account balance for any reason. Age 59½ Withdrawals can be taken as often as twice a year.

To access your account online for the first time, you will need your Social Security Number and Personal Identification Number (PIN). Your default PIN is initially set as the four-digit month and year of your birth (mmyy). You will then be asked to create a personalized user name and password for subsequent access.

You may request a General Purpose loan for up to 58 months, or you may request a Residential Loan for up to 14 years and 10 months. The interest rate for either a General Loan or a Residential Loan is equal to the prime rate plus 1%, as printed in the Wall Street Journal on the last business day of the prior month.

You may access the prefilled form at the Loans & Withdrawals section, Request a Withdrawal. After the signed form is received and approved by Voya Financial®, a check will be mailed within three business days. Separated participants can receive distributions no earlier than 45 days from their termination date.

If you are eligible and choose to take a withdrawal or upon requesting an installment, there is a $25 distribution fee. Expedited Delivery - You may request expedited mailing from Voya. A fee of $50.00 for each mailing will apply.

A hardship distribution is a withdrawal from a participant's elective deferral account made because of an immediate and heavy financial need, and limited to the amount necessary to satisfy that financial need. The money is taxed to the participant and is not paid back to the borrower's account.
