🐮 So Lucinda isn’t preggers 😕(Here she is enjoying the sun ☀️ with Connie 🐶)Bear in mind, she was my Christmas pressie 🎁 What a farmer may choose to do now, is have her sent for beef 🥩 😳. Not 100%, but it has to be a consideration.But I can’t 🫣I eat meat and I believe we should eat meat. BUT I don’t want her to go yet. I want to try again.Because the hard truth is, she is there ‘polluting’ the earth 🌍 for only my enjoyment of having her. I’m not being sustainable. I will try again with her, but in terms of animal reproduction, she’s 3 now and hasn’t had a calf and her chances reduce of getting preggers. So I need to try soon. I think my next step will be to find a gorgeous suitor 🐂 for her in a month or two and send her off for some romantic time ❤️ Brontë 🐮 is ticking along - no more scans yet, but as far as we know, she’s still pregs with twins 🙏. It’ll be time to weight them soon so we’ll know a bit more too! I mean, he’s 18 years old, spends most Saturdays helping all our participants Farm Adventure (a-hem, mainly hen dos ☺️), while also studying Law at Manchester uni and living it up - it’s not a bad way to start your career is it William!! Don’t ever feel sorry for this guy 👇🤣#worklife #career #events #profession #outdoor

🐑 On the evening checks, and this guy is just roaming around, calling for mum but I could not for the life of me, find which one she was 🤦🏼♀️📞 had to use my ‘phone a friend’ lifeline to Sharon on this to find out what on earth I needed to do.Sorry Shaz! 😝🏠 Not all jobs finish when you go home! Although tired 😴 this morning, I woke up ready and thinking I’m going to go into the office and move mountains .. well get a shed load of work done anyway! 😂Turns out I’ve only replied to one email and it’s 11:22 🤦🏼♀️Got called into help with lambing with Sharon then filmed a scruffy lamb sleeping on his sibling 🥰🐑😴Ahhh some days, instead of a mountain, it’s just sitting on the hillside and enjoying! 🥰🤫#farmlife #lambing #lambinglive #livingthedream #yorkshire

If you can’t get hold of me, it’s likely I’ve nodded off … we’re lambing, and for some reason once again, I’m on the night shifts ⭐️ 🌙 😂I do love it though! 🥰2:30 this morning - 2 ewes decided they wanted these twins .. but only one had actually given birth! 🤦🏼♀️. Time to put missy back who still needs to go through the whole childbirth process first! Took the twins (third was yet to be delivered 😬) down to their own pen and actual mum, promptly followed! Good lass! She then gave birth to a third lamb who was bigger than the other two. They were soooo loud with their little calls!‘Mum mum Mum mum mum Mum mum mum Mum mum mum’ If you’re booked in to come to Farm Adventure Yorkshire, there is absolute cuteness all around 🥰🥰 but don’t expect peace and quiet! 🤫 #lambing #farm #farming #lambinglive #worklife #yorkshire
