CSTATE has helped me to learn how to be more outgoing. Although sometimes I do find college work to be challenging going to campus and getting to know people who manage school life with work life and personal life really inspires me to give it my all and work for a brighter future.

I have been especially glad for the integrated learning building in Dublin, Ohio, since it is close to where I live and has made it possible to be close to home and yet to attend evening classes.

Columbus state is a great community college with amazing professors who are passionate, knowledgeable and willing to help in any way possible to help students succeed. I have had a great experience online as well as in person classes. The area is very cozy and most students are very nice and helpful.

I started taking Columbus State classes while I was still in high school, but I decided to go back and take classes at the Columbus campus in 2021. I personally like the smaller class sizes as it makes me feel more connected with my classmates and professors. I can't think of anything I would want to change about Columbus State.

My overall experience with Columbus State Community College has been great. I really enjoy being on campus and being engaged within the community. Although the professors aren't the best and some of the class set ups can be kind of weird overall the experience for how much money you are spending per semester is great.

I like the environment, but don't like the protestors on campus all the time. It is convenient to my home and centralized in Columbus. I like the flexibility of scheduling my classes.

CSCC is a great place to start your college journey! One thing I don't like about CSCC is the online classes, due to the professors' disorganized and less connection. However, in person classes are the best where you have more opportunities to interact with professors and classmates. A lot of diversity and a friendly community!

My time at CSCC has been a trip to say the least... BUT I have been grateful for every step of the way. I have been tremendously blessed with superb professors... the assignments are definitely challenging me to think in many new ways and I have furthered my knowledge in areas where I used to have a lack of interest. This college is home to anyone and everyone. And the faculty in every department is extremely helpful. I will say this... my struggle with mental health has not been frowned upon in my experience here and the professors really care.

I enjoyed my experience at CSCC, however some of their faculty could have been better. I had several disagreements with one of the teachers which were unnecessary.

I think the downtown Columbus area is a great location to study at. The food is alright and usually the student life is dead. Sometimes evening classes are super dead as well. The professors have a lot of knowledge and are wonderful to hear from.

I was a CCP student for two semesters of my senior year of high school. Three of my classes were completely online and I never met the teachers. The other two were through my high school and were taught by one of the high school teachers. He was a very good teacher. I liked how you could almost work at your own pace for the online classes. It was very difficult to schedule exams at the testing centers from a CCP perspective. I had to email each teacher that I wanted to schedule my exams at one of the testing centers. However, by the time they got back to me, almost all of the slots were filled up. For one of them, I had to have my mom drive me an hour to the Deleware Campus on a Friday that I didn't have school. The two online courses I'm taking this semester don't even allow me to schedule exams at the testing center, but I can at least still use my accomodations. However, it is so hard to find a time and place where I can sit down, concentrate, and take the exam in one sitting.

My experience has been great. The advisors are super helpful. The Financial Department is helpful and informative. My teachers are kind and teach well. The accommodations for those who need it are expansive and useful. The hours for classes are very flexible. There are multiple campus locations if you are unable to travel to Columbus, Ohio for your classes. There are plenty of clubs and activities to join if that is something you like. There are a lot of ways to get help for classes outside of class. There is on campus IT support. When you are enrolled, you can use certain programs for free like Microsoft for example.

My experience at Columbus State Community college has been great so far. I like how I am able to keep a school-life balance by commuting daily to class. There were various professors that are very passionate about their job which uplifted the student experience. I would like to see more help or involvement for incoming students who are still unsure about exploring a certain career.

Columbus State Community College offers a dynamic and inclusive learning environment that fosters growth and opportunity for students from diverse backgrounds. From the moment I arrived on campus, I felt welcomed and supported by a community of passionate educators and fellow students. The faculty at Columbus State are not only experts in their fields but also dedicated mentors who provide personalized guidance and support to help students succeed academically and professionally.
The college's commitment to experiential learning is evident in its extensive internship and co-op programs, allowing students to gain practical experience and build valuable skills that prepare them for the workforce. Additionally, Columbus State's modern facilities and wide range of extracurricular activities provide ample opportunities for students to engage with their peers and pursue their passions outside the classroom.

The school itself is very well-funded, and most online classes are excellent. However, I have had many very arrogant professors who didn't take criticism well and spoke little English. Overall, however, I recommend going to this college simply because of the thousands of dollars in yearly savings.

I took four satellite classes from Columbus State, those being Composition 1 & 2 and then World Civilizations 1 & 2. All Columbus State classes are transferable throughout all Ohio colleges. The classes are great and overall I have had a good experience.
